We have temporarily re-routed the SoftMouseDB access and service from www.streamcell.com to the Iseehear Research Continuity Environment (RCE).

New features have been released to improve ease of use of key edit pages within the SoftMouseDB application

A. Research Continuity Environment

1. Purpose for Re-Rerouting to the RCE
- During our routine maintenance of our servers this weekend, we discovered an IT hardware issue that we would like to investigate further
- Hence, in order to provide continuous access to your data, we decided to activate the Iseehear Research Continuity Environment

- Use your existing User Name and Password to login to
the Research Continuity Environment

3. What this Means for You:
In summary, the only thing that will change regarding your SoftMouseDB Account and Service is the URL at which you will access your SoftMouseDB account:
- You will continue to have full access to all of your data and SoftMouseDB functionality via the Iseehear Research Continuity Environment
- Your data will continue to be backed up automatically every night as usual
- The Iseehear Support Desk will continue to assist you and answer any questions you may have

4. Next Steps:
- Please use the Iseehear Research Continuity Environment to continue to manage your mouse records as usual until further notice
- The www.streamcell.com server will not be accessible during this time period
- We will update you as soon as the www.streamcell.com server is made accessible again. We will keep you informed via these Iseehear Support Desk accounts:
