Incident Summary: On Thursday March 11 at approximately 12:30 pm (Toronto time) we were informed that the SoftMouseDB application performance was not operating up to specifications. A decision was made to take the primary service offline in order investigate and resolve the issue. In the interim the Iseehear Research Continuity Environment was activated to provide continued service to our subscribers.
