Purpose:
- The Iseehear Support Desk has been made aware that SoftMouse clients using the Firefox browser on MAC computers and Android mobile phones and tablets are unable to connect to https://www.softmouse.net and are instead receiving a "Secure Connection Failed" error message. We will be addressing this issue.
- We will also be performing regular server maintenance
During the scheduled maintenance, subscribers will not be able to login to their account. Read about Upgrade & Maintenance Procedures
