Incident Summary
On Saturday July 10 during a pre-scheduled upgrade we observed a potential hardware issue in our IT infrastructure.  A decision was made to take the primary service offline as a precaution in order investigate and resolve the issue. In the interim the Iseehear Research Continuity Environment was activated to provide continued service to our subscribers.
